Remove Red-eye
It is very annoying when you have the dreaded red-eye in your photographs. Luckily, with all major editing application, red-eye is very easy to remove.

There is an easy way of preventing red-eye with your digital camera. Set your flash to the red eye reduction mode. This will prevent red-eye because it make two flashes to trigger the eye, instead of one flash.

If you already have red-eye pictures from the past, here are some steps to fix the problem. I am going to focus on two of my favourite applications, Photoshop Elements and iPhoto.

Steps to removing red-eye:
Photoshop Elements
1. Select the Red eye removal tool
In the tool box, select the Red eye removal tool.

2. Use the tool and highlight the eye
Use the Red eye removal tool and use to tool to make a box around the eye. It will automatically remove the red particles.

iPhoto
1. Select the Red eye removal tool
From the editing panel, select the Red-eye tool.

2. Position the editing tool
As iPhoto instructed, you should put the editing tool in the centre of the eye and then click. It should be fixed immediately.
